Hello!

My name is Ferris (they/he)

I'm a Dalhousie marine biology undergraduate focusing on science communications and intertidal ecology. I'm also a graphics artist, journalist and photographer, and social media manager.

Growing up next to the Pacific, I gained a deep appreciation for the surrounding ocean life and a general love for kayaking. I eventually found a love for education through nearly a decade of teaching sports and science. I continue to strive to utilize these passions as outlets for science communication and marine biology research.

In my free time, I bake vegan snacks and learn as much as I can about colour theory.
